Privacy Policy

1. In Short

We store what is needed to run your account and display your trading: login data, wallet address, trade history, your comments and support correspondence. We have no passwords (they do not exist — login is via one-time codes), no private keys, no identity documents, no bank cards. IP addresses are not stored, and we do not geolocate visitors.

2. Account

Email address or Google/Telegram account identifier; your user ID with the login provider Privy; nickname and display name; the avatar you upload; registration date; internal balance counter. No password is created or stored — login is confirmed by a short-lived one-time code.

3. Wallet

Public wallet address, binding date and primary flag. The wallet is created via Privy; the private key is not accessible to us and is not stored by us.

4. Trading History

Your order and trade history (market, outcome, side, price, amount, fee, time), an internal ledger of fund movements, and periodic snapshots of portfolio value and profit/loss. We use this to show you your portfolio and history; the trades themselves are also recorded on the public blockchain (see Section 8).

5. Sessions and Security

To keep you signed in we store a session token fingerprint, browser user-agent, and session validity times. IP addresses are not stored in our database: an IP is used only in memory for brute-force and spam protection and is erased within minutes. The application keeps no request logs containing IPs. Infrastructure providers (hosting, proxies) may keep their own technical logs under their own policies.

6. Content and Support

• Comments on events and favorites. Comments are visible to other users — do not include personal data in them.
• Support requests: we store the text of the correspondence; attached files (images, video) are stored in Telegram, and we keep only a link to the file.

7. Emails

The only emails we send are login and email-confirmation codes; they are sent by the login provider Privy. There are no marketing emails.

8. Blockchain — Important Notice

Your wallet address, balances and all transactions are recorded on a public blockchain (Polygon). These records are public by nature, accessible to anyone, and cannot be altered or deleted by you or by us.

9. Analytics and Cookies

Analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica [and advertising pixels, if connected — the current list is published on this page]) automatically process technical visit data: device and browser type, pages and actions, and IP on their side. Analytics cookies can be managed via the consent banner and browser settings; disabling them does not affect trading. Essential cookies (session, login) cannot be disabled. The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

10. Third-Party Processors

• Privy — identification (email/Google/Telegram), wallet creation, sending code emails;
• Third-party liquidity protocol — receives your signed orders and wallet address; execution occurs on the blockchain;
• Telegram — storage of files from support correspondence (if you used support);
• Analytics services — Section 9;
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and networks, technical logs.

We do not sell data and do not share it with other parties except as required by law.

11. Retention

Account, wallets, trading history, comments — for the life of the account. One-time codes and nonces — minutes. Sessions — until expiry. Analytics data — per the respective services' policies. Blockchain records — indefinitely, outside our control.

12. Your Rights

You may request access to your data, correction, account deletion, and withdraw consent to analytics cookies: info@melbo.io. Limitations: blockchain data is technically undeletable (Section 8); deleting your account does not deprive you of your wallet — access is preserved via Privy or your exported private key.

13. Age

The Platform is intended for persons over 18; we do not knowingly collect data of minors.

14. Changes

Changes are published on this page with an updated date; material changes are announced on the Platform.
