Risk Disclosure

Read this before your first trade. Trading on prediction markets is not suitable for everyone.

Bu sayfada

1. Risk of Total Loss

Each contract is worth either $1 (the outcome occurred) or $0. If a market resolves against your position, you lose the entire amount invested in it — not a part, all of it. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

2. Prices Move Against You

A contract's price reflects participants' probability estimates and can change sharply on news. A position bought at 80¢ may be worth 30¢ an hour later. The ability to sell before resolution does not guarantee an exit without loss.

3. Liquidity

Liquidity is provided by other participants of the third-party protocol. At any moment it may be insufficient: you may be unable to sell a position, or may sell it for materially less than expected. The Platform does not guarantee liquidity.

4. Market Resolution

Outcomes are determined by the rules of the specific market and its data source on the protocol side. The wording of the rules prevails over the market title and any descriptions. Resolutions may be disputed or unexpected to you; the Platform does not influence them and cannot revise them.

5. Technology Risks

Trades are executed by smart contracts on a public blockchain. Possible risks include smart-contract vulnerabilities and bugs, network failures and congestion, forks, and exploits. Transactions are irreversible — an erroneous trade cannot be undone.

6. Stablecoin

Funds are held in USDC — an obligation of a third-party issuer. Risks include loss of the dollar peg, address freezes by the issuer, and regulatory action against it.

7. Key Responsibility

The wallet is non-custodial: only you control access. Losing access to your login method (email, Google, Telegram) without an exported private key may mean irreversible loss of funds. The Platform cannot recover the key.

8. Regulatory Risks

Regulation of prediction markets is evolving. Access to the Platform or the third-party protocol may become restricted in your country; the legality of your use in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

9. Dependence on Third-Party Systems

The Platform is an interface to a third-party protocol and the blockchain and depends on their operation. The interface may become temporarily or permanently unavailable; due to the non-custodial architecture your funds remain under your control (via the wallet provider or an exported key), but trading through the Platform will not be possible.

10. No Advice

Nothing on the Platform — prices, probabilities, market selections, texts — constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. You make decisions independently. Taxes on your results are your obligation.

By trading you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclosure.
